Wellbeing

We are committed to supporting the positive mental health and wellbeing of our whole college community – students, participants, staff, parents and carers.

We have a supportive and caring ethos, and our approach is respectful and kind, where each individual contribution is valued.

Our work in wellbeing is based on standardised wellbeing methodology and mapped across all areas of college provision. We endeavour to ensure that students are provided with every opportunity to develop the skills to manage times of change and stress and are supported to reach their potential or to access help when they need it.

We take the view that wellbeing and positive mental health is the responsibility of everyone and that we all have a role to play to ensure it is maintained.
